Q: What are your three top tips for healthy skin?
I have a few more than three!
My top ones would have to be:
- Drink lots of water.
- Don’t use excessive skin products as it’ll only aggravate your skin more, especially if you’ve got spot prone skin or sensitive skin.
- Only cleanse with gentle products but make sure you’re also removing all of your makeup.
- Change your pillowcases regularly and clean your phone if you’re on it a lot.
- Reduce your sugar and alcohol intake.
Q: Do you prefer winter or summer, and how do you prepare your skin for the cold weather?
I love winter clothes and feeling cosy, but I definitely prefer summer.
I always try to prepare my skin for the cold weather. I take my Vitamin D3 & Calcium supplements and Hyaluronic Acid. Moisturising is key too.
