To begin your subscription simply add a subscription box to your basket and proceed to pay as normal.

The delivery address you choose for this first order will automatically apply for your future subscription deliveries.

The initial payment will be withdrawn at the time of checkout.

For subsequent boxes, payments are automatically scheduled, and your billing date will be determined by the dispatch of your previous box, to ensure that we only dispatch a box when you need it (e.g. if your previous box was dispatched on January 1st, then your next billing date will be February 1st).

Cancelling a fixed term subscription plan will only prevent your subscription from auto-renewing.

Cancelling a subscription will not cancel and refund the delivered orders that have been paid for. By taking out our fixed terms subscription plans (3-month and 6-month), you agree to receiving a monthly subscription box and commit to for the full period.

If you choose to cancel your subscription before the end of the subscription period, you will still be required to make full payment in respect of the full period (e.g. if you choose to cancel 2 months into your 6-month fixed term plan, you will still be required to make full payment for the subsequent 4 months).

Your fixed term subscription will automatically renew unless you opt out on your account page by using the “Cancel Subscription” button.

If you change address during the term of your subscription, you can do this via your account and it will take effect the following month.

All subscription boxes contain 30 day servings of all products. You're next box will be dispatched on the same date as your first order each month, stock dependent.

We have three different subscriptions options available, lasting one month, three months and six months. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled.
