Collagen Mocktail Recipes

 

Virgin Strawberry Daiquiri

What You Need   

  • 1 punnet of strawberries  
  • 2 tbsp honey 
  • Juice of 2 limes   
  • 3 handfuls of ice   
  • 100ml water   
  • 1 stick of Myvitamins Beauty Collagen Powder (Strawberry flavour)  

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a food processor or smoothie maker. Blend until fully combined. 
  2. Pour out into chilled glasses and garnish with strawberries. 

 

Elderflower & Grapefruit Mojito

What You Need 

  • 300ml grape fruit juice   
  • 1 lime, juiced  
  • 1 handful fresh mint   
  • 50ml elderflower cordial   
  • 400ml tonic water  
  • 1 stick of Myvitamins Beauty Collagen Powder (Mojito flavour)  
  • Plenty of ice   

Method   

  1. In a shaker or a jug, add the collagen to the grapefruit juice and mix/shake until fully dissolved. 
  2. Add the lime juice, mint, elder flower and Ice and mix/shake well.  
  3. Pour into tall glasses and top up with tonic water.  
  4. Garnish with fresh mint and a lime wedge.
