What is Organic Cacao Liquor Buttons?
Cacao Liquor is also known as Cacao Paste and despite its name doesn’t contain any alcohol. The name liquor refers to the paste being liquefied during the manufacturing process. Raw Cacao beans, grown on the Theobroma Cacao tree, are harvested, fermented and dried. Cacao Liquor is produced by crushing ground Cacao Nibs to form Cacao Paste, and this liquefied paste becomes the liquor. Liquor Buttons are formed from the cooled liquid and are moulded into button shapes.
