What is Teff Flour?
Teff is an annual grass and is native to the northern Ethiopian Highlands of East Africa. Teff Flour is considered to be a complete source of protein as it contains all the essential amino acids, as well as being a source of calcium, phosphorus, iron, copper, magnesium, potassium, zinc, and thiamine.

Who is Teff Flour Suitable for?
Teff Flour is ideal for anyone looking to increase daily fibre intake. It can be added to foods to improve the nutritional content as well as being consumed separately as a high carbohydrate (low GI) and high fibre food supplement.
Add 150ml-250ml of water or milk into our shaker (the less liquid the thicker the shake will be). Then add 2 heaped MV large scoops (50g), shake and consume. Use 1-3 times daily or as required.
We also recommend consuming this as an addition to any savoury food or using as an alternative to plain white flour in baking.
