I was having trouble sleeping due to the menopause and these have helped me a great deal. They taste nice - a tad sweet but they’re not too bad ( had worse). I take them a couple of hours before bed and find I drop of quite nicely, sleep well and get at least 6 hours unbroken sleep. Whether it’s these helping I really don’t know but hey, if it’s psychological that’s fine by me. Won’t know until you give it a go.
