What is Protein Brownie Mix?
Protein Brownie Mix is part of our new Bake at Home range, allowing you to make your own delicious high protein brownies! With the Bake at Home range, we’ve taken the hassle and confusion out of cooking with protein and provided a ready-blended amazingly chocolatey mix. All you need to do is add the wet ingredients, mix, bake and get ready to upload the results to Instagram!
Who is Protein Brownie Mix suitable for?
This dry cooking mix is suitable for individuals of all ages looking to get started in the world of high protein baking. Each 450g pack produces roughly 18 brownies (depending on how large you make them) and each 25g serving of powder packs in over 8g of protein. Each brownie also provides over 3g of fibre, some of which is from Isomalto Oligosaccharide. Using our Protein Brownie Mix will allow you to feel like you’re getting a real treat and give you the satisfaction of having made them yourself.
Please note that the labelling on this product is provided in English as a minimum. French, Italian, German, Spanish, Danish, Swedish and Finnish may also be present on a product by product basis.

Mixing Instructions
*Please take note that the recommended temperature setting may differ depending on the type and efficiency of the oven or microwave used.
- Pre heat oven to 170-180C / 350F
- 150g of Brownie Mix
- Add premix to 170g plain greek yogurt, 1 egg & 45g milk
- Whisk the batter until smooth
- Line a medium depth baking tin or tray with grease proof paper and Myprotein Cocconut oil
- Add the tray to the middle of the oven for 18-24 minutes
- Cook through until an inserted tooth pick comes out clean
- *Serve with a spoonful of melted Myprotein almond butter for extra texture
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. This product is intended to be used alongside and active lifestyle and a balanced diet. Not suitable for vegetarians.
