This product can be consumed in place of any meal and at any time of the day. Its incredible versatility means you can choose to consume this 3 times a day as a substitute for meals or simply have at hand when a nutritious meal is not an option.
1. Add 1 scoop to 200-300ml of cold water or a milk source of your choice. Use the Active Women mini blender bottle to shake for about 20-30 seconds.
2. Have 1 to 2 servings daily (depending on your requirements).
