Honestly I have been using this for over a year and my hair dresser has commented on my hair how much growth it’s had. I’ve been taking these for about 5 months, having had thinning hair,that was dry,brittle and just miserable, my lovely hairdresser does a fabulous job and I do look after my hair but hair doesn’t s determined within your body and I just wasn’t so happy within - so nothings going to magically heal you on its own BUT these gummies are delicious, a reminder to myself daily that this tasty gummy is only part of looking after myself and at my last visit my hairdresser was amazed by the shine, the bounce and previously we had noticed fresh new hair growing in a very thin area and, it’s almost tufty now!! Only product that has worked for me
