A great little add to my routine.
I have two overlapping conditions (muscle and nerve related) that I take medication for. Since starting my new vitamin routine and adding the above I have managed to reduce this medication. Obviously everyone’s journey is individual and what works for one may not work for another but I personally feel that I have found a better, more sustainable balance.

Great for high blood pressure
