Great, more energy, all my nutrients!
Easy to swallow. Gave me more energy and made sure I was getting all my supplements as I am largely plant based. Allowed me to get workouts in and therefore more energy and happier! Would recommend.

This tablet doesn’t look anything like on this photo advertised. It is a huge yellow tablet(in fact the biggest I have seen). It has a dry outside and when you put in your mouth the wetness makes it sticky. I couldn’t swallow it. Broke it in 2 and it got stuck in my throat which made me really panick as I couldn’t get it down or back up. My husband had the same problem. These pills will go now to the bin as I feel it is dangerous to even try again. My Vitamins just say I opened the bottle so thats it.
