Collagen Birthday Cake Baked Oats Recipe

What You Need

For The Oats:

  • 45g oats (blended to create a fine flour)
  • 25g Myvegan Protein Powder (Vanilla)
  • 1/2 scoop Myvitamins Collagen Powder (Unflavoured)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 120ml liquid (We used coconut water)
  • Sprinkles

For The Topping:

  • 1 tbsp 0% fat Greek yoghurt
  • Vanilla Myprotein Flavdrops
  • Sprinkles

Method

  1. Blend the oats to create a fine oat flour.
  2. Mix the protein, collagen powder, baking powder liquid together until smooth. Stir in the sprinkles.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased ramekin. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius fan for approximately 18 minutes.
  4. For the topping, mix Greek yoghurt with vanilla Flavdrops and spread generously over the oats. Add sprinkles and any other topping of your choice.
