I use these these as a natural inflammatory because I walk a lot and definitely feel the difference when I take these bs not taking them, for joint knee pain and rheumatic pain in toe joint. I have recommended them to many of my friends. As an extra boost when I am prepping for a hike I also take glucosamine and condarin . Easy to take two per day
