Love the True Woman Sport!!!

I love these vitamins, they have all the multivitamins and minerals I need to ensure good performance whilst training in crossfit. Really good price for what you get, really recommend these if you crossfit/gym regularly. Only down side is that they smell! Great multivitamin though :)

Been taking True Woman Sport for around 18 months and its a brilliant little multi vitamin for active girlies like me. I take one a day and that seems to be enough although Id be happy to up to the 2 a day when my training increases. Only downside (and why it lost a star) is that changed from a smooth pink tablet to a rougher brownish one that now is slightly harder to swallow.

I've been taking True Woman - Sport for 3ish weeks now, and I definitely noticed a difference. I'm fairly active, I go swimming 3-4 times a week, go to yoga classes, combat and dance classes, and I've noticed an increase in my energy. It's probably a little too soon to notice any real big changes, but I feel as if my classes and fitness sessions have a little more focus, and just something a 'little extra'. I have noticed that I'll get short bursts whilst I'm exercising where I feel like I could carry on for hours, which I never got before. I don't know if that's the vitamins 'balancing' me out but considering my diet is not always great, the difference is noticable and I can only attribute this to the vitamins. The tablets are a bit big, bigger than I was expecting, but it doesn't affect me, it certainly wont stop me from buying them in the future!

It's probably a little soon to say how effective these vitamins are; I've only been taking them for a week. I bought these as well as vitamin C and zinc because I've been unwell and was feeling really tired and wanted to be able to get back to training. It could be a coincidence, but I have to report that I have noticed an increase in my energy as soon as I started to take the vitamins, and I have been able to start training again, building up gradually last week, I am almost back to my previous level. I will review again when I've been taking them longer and I have a better idea of how well they work.
