5I haven't long been taking these but I have already noticed that I have alot less bloating, also found I have more energy, and go to the toilet more, and i am hoping will see a difference in my Cholesterol levels when I go for my next blood test 👍

Doesn't seem to do anything
2I'm not really sure this supplement actually does anything. If anything it's causing me issues as my face has suddenly broken out in acne. Use Time: Over a month

Spirulina
5Capsules easy to consume and absolutely tasteless which is very good. Effect is great - i feel better and have more energy than i usually do this time of year. As a bonus my skin also started to look muah better. Would definetely buy again/
