After going through surgical menopause, my hair, skin and nails were so dry, damaged and lacked any shine or healthiness. My skin was beginning to sag, so I startee we d taking the two supplements. Within a month I noticed a marked improvement …. Shinier hair that actually grows, stronger nails, and my skin is brighter, tighter and not so dry. Excellent combo, definitely recommend
