1I started taking one soft gel capsule of retinol for beauty purposes, however after ten days my skin became incredibly itchy, especially on my arms and legs. After considerable time and trouble addressing the problem, I was found to have had more than 300% more Vitamin A in my bloodstream. Hyper vitaminosis A can be FATAL.

5I’ve been using Retinol for a good couple of months now and I can honestly say I have seen a difference is my skin and the amount of acne I get, I now only get acne when I’m super stressed or coming towards my time of the month and even then the amount of acne has reduce tremendously. I 100% recommend this product.

5It is not an exaggeration when I say that Myvitamins has changed my life! As well has having a stressful job at the best of times, this has multiplied with the pandemic. As if that wasn’t enough I was then diagnosed with MS in November. So I researched all the genuine sites and noted all the possible vitamins and minerals that a person with MS is often lagging. Due to Myvitamins being such good value for money I was able to purchase what I needed without breaking thee bank. This along with a new exercise regime as meant that I can carry on in a job I love and I feel pretty good most days too which is an absolute bonus.
