5i’ve noticed since taking these i am less fatigued. the tablets are small and don’t have a awful taste like most shop bought ones ! will deffo be re purchasing

Worth every penny
5I haven't slept properly for years, menopause and cramps in my legs from diabetes, read up on magnesium and gave them a go. The cramps stopped and I sleep like a baby. I like the fact the tablets are small so I can take 2 or 3, price is brilliant and delivery is really fast. They have been out if stock for a while and I'd ran out and the cramps came back so definitely help. I get all my vitamins and gummies frkn My Vitamins

5Definitely felt the difference since taking these magnesium supplements 3 times a day. small tablets so easy to swallow and I have got more energy, and feel like I can concentrate better too.

Bought for sleep and leg cramp
3Not noticed any improvement unfortunately The advert is v misleading each tablet is 100mg not 300mg (they suggest a serving is 3 tablets - you can buy the same quantity for much cheaper elsewhere

5Love these, I take 3 about an hour before going to bed and always have a really good sleep and plenty of energy the next day. Will continue to purchase.

3I'm sure that tablets are working but only one thing about them I cant easily swallow it. Not really big but need to be taking them 3 times a day.
