No sign of tiredness, plenty of energy, is that thanks to the Magnesium tablets, hard to say as we all know beginnings are hard and then you pump your body up with energy, but that would be a big coincidence if week after adding them to my diet I have started feel better, more energized and focused. Taking 3 a day with meals.
