1This product hasn't made any difference to me at all. It doesn't dissolve properly in cold water and hasn't improved anything. Not impressed

Inulin Great For Sleep
5I was shocked and amazed when I found out that prebiotics and sleep. research suggests that the answer to a good night's sleep may lie in the gut. Having had a hard time sleeping and feeling very tired and lacking energy I thought I'd try Inulin. Wow! It does work. I'd encourage anybody to try Inulin if you have sleep problems. My life is so much better now.

Unexpected Benefit...
4I bought this product after reading the reports about it helping with sleep. I am currently going through the effing menopause and frequently toss and turn and normally wake up drenched in sweat in the morning, fresh pyjamas every night and also bed linen. I started taking 5mg in my evening protein whey mix and would you believe I have been sleeping soundly and.... waking up bone dry. No hot flushes during the night, and I haven't had any episodes during the day of sweating my make up off. I'm not a nutritionist so can't explain why this has happened but I am very very happy. Overall I really impressed with the website and products and will be adding more bits and bobs to my routine as I refine my nutrition.

5I rarely write reviews but felt I had to for this little life saver! I’ve had trouble sleeping for the last few years and tried everything to no avail! The first day I tried this I slept right through the night, which hasn’t happened since I was about 18! (Am now 45) I was sceptical at first but have now been taking it for 2 weeks and feel like a new person! Fingers crossed the effects last.

Good fibre
4I can hardly believe that this works but it does for me. I take one scoop before bed in warm water and it keeps me regular as clockwork. I wouldn’t say it has helped me sleep though, but it’s worth it for the reason I originally bought in as a dietary fibre. It tastes very much like candy floss so was sceptical but it works for me.

Unexpected benefits
5I’m not sure if this has helped me sleep better or not. However it has had remarkable effects on my bowel movements! Very effective at keeping me regular without strain or loose movements.

5Bought this because of previous reviews saying it helps with sleeping. It definitely works for me and have started taking it later in the evening rather than the morning.

5I have to say this is defiantly worth its weight in gold , I have been sleep depraved for over a year . This product is excellent and defiantly improves the quality of sleep its my second lot and highly recommend it I wouldn’t be without it I take an hour before bedtime . In turn improved quality of life Thank you so much delivery also very quick and it’s easy to purchase once you have registered
