Works well for me
5As fibre Inulin is excellent. The impact on my diet (Reducing appetite, offsetting sugar intake and balancing elements) has seen something welcome weight loss and an improving sleep pattern.

Not helped my gut
3I bought this hoping it would help my gut and help me sleep, as I've been struggling with my gut especially for a long time. It definitely made me sleepy the first few days but it seemed to make me constipated more somehow too. This was very dissapointing.

It works
5I've been taking inulin every morning and in my green tea before bed for about 3 years..just a teaspoon - it helps in the morning by emptying your bowels but not diarrhoea whatsoever!!..it has completely stopped my IBS as I am never bloated anymore..it has definitely help with visceral fat that's for sure and I have the best sleep as my gut is not gurgling and breaking down my food while I sleep..I definitely recommend this amazing stuff and have told everyone I know about it ..give it a couple of weeks although for me it worked straight away..5*all the way.

Unbroken sleep at last
5A nightly dose of this has provided me with an unbroken nights sleep for the first time in many years laying awake for at least 2 hours was the norm and drove me to distraction . I also use 5 HTP and it would seem my digestion was the problem
