Absolutely love these not only as an healthy breakfast but an healthy treat I am diabetic the fact that they are collagen is good and they taste amazing I stack them with strawberries blueberries and banana with cinnamon and Greek yougurt absolutely love this easy to make and tasty

I really love these pancakes. I was a bit dubious of how they would taste at first with a collagen pancake - does not exactly sound enticing. But these are really great and filling with a high protein low calorie alternative to your usual breakfast.
