Add 2 large scoops (45g) to 100ml milk or water and mix together. Heat a frying pan over a high heat and add a small amount of oil/butter then reduce to a medium heat and add 1/2 batter to the pan and cook (makes 2 pancakes).

Collagen pancakes
Absolutely love these not only as an healthy breakfast but an healthy treat I am diabetic the fact that they are collagen is good and they taste amazing I stack them with strawberries blueberries and banana with cinnamon and Greek yougurt absolutely love this easy to make and tasty

One of my favorite desserts
If you like to eat delicious yet healthy foods, this pancake mix is for you. It contains only moderate amounts of slow carbohydrates and collagen protein, and is good for joints. A great dessert to reward after a hard workout.

Great pancake mix!
Was really impressed with this tasty pancake mix that I ordered for pancake day. Its lovely and chocolatey, and made gorgeous fluffy thick pancakes. Very tasty, lower calorie, and boosts your collagen!

Love these
Just Like the last review I wasn't sure if I would like them. But they taste great especially with your favourite toppings. I even started eating breakfast more with this mix. All the while adding extra collagen

Great breakfast
I really love these pancakes. I was a bit dubious of how they would taste at first with a collagen pancake - does not exactly sound enticing. But these are really great and filling with a high protein low calorie alternative to your usual breakfast.
