5Brought these a while back been taking them everyday and omg my skin looks amazing so I purchased some more if your thinking about buying and ain’t sure if your doing the right thing you are because I’ve seen a massive difference in my skin and my nails too definitely worth every penny I’ll be buying these all the time

Didn't take long
4I've been taking these capsules for about a month now. At first I was taking them with the hair & Nails capsules but they didn't sit too well so I swapped them out and now take them with the everyday multivitamin. After about 4 weeks of taking then together I definitely feel more awake and the difference in my energy is noticeable.

5I’ve been taking this supplement for at least a year and have noticed a dramatic difference in my skin, hair and nails, I train with weights and resistance bands, the collagen helps my flexibility and joints too
