I was sceptical about them but I gave it a go. Nothing has helped me grow my nails (I'm 28 and have been a nail biter since I was young and have failed several times at growing them). Also, I've had a lot of issues with my skin since hitting my 20s and nothing would work 100%. The coconut and collagen capsules have worked wonders. I've been taking these for a month (missed out a week due to having a very sore throat and bad cold), and my nails are beautiful and my skin has completely cleared. This is even with that week off where I didn't take them. I can't recommend them enough. The only thing is they are quite large, and I struggle taking tablets in general so it took a little getting used to. I recommend taking it with a cup of tea or hot drink as it helps them go down!!

Giving these five star I got for a good price as well as buying a few other vitimins ! My skin looks health spots seem to be reduced which I don’t understand how that works but very happy about it! Helped my skin more than any other product

I have sufferd hormonal cystic acne since my early 20s i have tried every medication prescribed, over the counter, herbal everything! Nothing has ever worked i have been taking these along with the hyaluronic acid for 1 month and the changes are actually amazing. No its not a cure but my skin is the best its looked in years. Breakouts are fewer and less severe and my scarring is improving slowly. I dont think ill ever stop takimg these now

I don’t normally write reviews but I’m on my second pack now and my skin looks amazing. I am 40 and have sun damage but also pale dull skin,, since taking this product I have definitely noticed an improvement in fine lines and wrinkles, skin tone, and complexion, and not just on my face , the skin on my arms and chest is nicer too. This is the second time I have ordered these they are amazing. My nails are strong, my hair feels thicker and my skin is clear. I have taking other hair & nail supplements in be past and none have compared to these.
