These are great for me, make me feelmore alive and not so tired all the time. Be aware though the capsules are rather large and not the easiest to swallow.

Lots of energy but gained cystic acne!

So I started taking these alongside the Biotin Capsules as I heard good things via an Instagram influencer advertising these, I had been taking these for around 3 months, definitely felt more energised( as much as you can with a toddler) & noticed hair feeling thicker/ nails growing etc, however I gained severe cystic acne, I felt so down as my skin became so so awful ( I’ve never suffered with my skin, I’m 30 years old and hadn’t had acne prior to this, only general hormonal chin breakouts once a month) I didn’t even think about these being the problem however I started researching and there are many forums & info from professionals in regards to acne & collagen. It could either be an allergic reaction ( never had one in my life but here we are) or just that these do not agree with me at all. Gutted but since stopping both the Biotin & Collagen my skin has completely cleared up and is back to normal thankfully. Just be wary :) may try a different brand or type of collagen.

Coconut and collagen capsules are absolutely brilliant I have only been taking them for a short while but my gosh they are so good I have a sore hip when I sit down for a while then stand up had it for years but it feels miles better, my hair is shiner and my bags under my eyes seem to be not as prominent
