I have been taking these since last yr . I love the taste & literally can’t wait to take one as soon as I wake up . They really freshen up your mouth too . It’s hard not to eat more than one but I’ve controlled myself so far . I can’t honestly say they are having any effect but I can’t imagine missing a day .

I am not usually one for leaving reviews, but I feel I must in this instance. I suffer from Diverticles and have been known to have accidents after consuming certain foods. Very embarrassing! I have been taking these gummies for the past 3 months and I can honestly say all my problems have subsided. I can eat anything I like with confidence and without the fear of "Am I going to make it home in time". Whilst Apple Cider Vinegar may not be appropriate for everyone, I would highly recommend that you try the product should you be suffering the same problems as I was.
