I’ve been taking these for about two years now and wanted to make sure I’d taken them for a while before I wrote a review. If you have any problems sleeping these will help to relax you before bed time, for someone who suffered for years with insomnia these are a god send. I find if I don’t take them I can’t sleep as well and I wake up feeling tired.

I have been taking Zinc and Magnesium for as long as I can remember. I suffered from insomnia for most of my life and a couple of these a night certainly makes a difference, and not just in both sleep quality and quantity, you also wake the following day more focused, alert and ready. If I ever forget to take these before bed (very rarely), you wake up feeling lethargic. I won’t be surprised if I end up taking this supplement for the rest of my life. Try and consume on an empty stomach before bed but if you do eat, try to avoid anything high in calcium as zinc and calcium compete for absorption and you can feel a little sick.
