Sleepy or not?
4Only thing to say is that it's not for everyone. Together they offer a good nights sleep to people who can't nod off too easily, but look at what you need to know about natural sources, as this will answer your issues obout sleeping. I do feel that they are a good answer to sleepy issues though, for those who can't eat dairy or nuts, seeds and beans.

5I have been talking these capsules for about a year now.. Initially It took a couple of months to start feeling the benefit.. In general I take these capsules at night time, and my sleep pattern has never been better.. Previously I had trouble with broken sleep, but now I sleep soundly and wake up feeling well rested and refreshed.. Definitely worth a 5* rating.

Brilliant
5Been taking these for 2 weeks and they have definitely been helping me sleep. I sleep all night without waking up, which is a first for me. Feel full of energy when I wake up. Wouldn’t be without them.

3These are ok but I wish you would bring back just magnesium on its own as these helped with my anxiety and mental health issues tremendously please 🙏 can you bring back just normal magnesium thank you
