I recently had a blood test that came back as low in Vitamin D and they recommended I increase my Vitamin D levels with supplements. I'm not a fan of tablets and I saw these gummies on social media so thought I'd give them a go. I love them! They are just like eating sweets so they are perfect if you are like me and dislike tablets! I'd definitely recommend trying them for yourself. They make taking your vitamins so much easier!
