Absolutely amazing - I have thought I had a b12 deficiency for a while and since taking these tablets once a day, I have had more energy, felt less lethargic and better overall!

These came really quickly, can't say I noitice any difference in taking them, but I was told by G.P. that I needed to as deficient in B12, and these are the dose they recommended. Just once a day. Cheaper- looking ones are sold in Boots, but the dose isn't tso high.
