I have tried many brands of b12 tablets since being diagnosed with a deficiency a couple of years ago. Apart from price point, what I really like about these is that I only need to take one to get my RDA. Will definitely buy again.

I never knew that B12 could help with sleep but it certainly does. Throughout covid I have slept badly, as have many others, but since taking B12 I sleep longer and if I do wake up, fall back asleep quicker.
