DO NOT TAKE ON EMPTY STOMACH
I have been taking these for over a year now due to having low iron and my iron is now at a healthy level so I definitely recommend. However, as mentioned in the other reviews, I have found that if I take these on an empty stomach or when I haven’t eaten a meal yet a few minutes after taking them I get an intense feeling that I am going to be sick but this goes as soon as eat something, even something as little as a bite of a biscuit. So as long as you don’t take these first thing in the morning or before eating your first meal you will be fine!
Great product but unfortunate about the nauseating feeling you get after swallowing
Was really in need for some good iron vitamin tablets. And I've found these make a difference. However after a few mins from swallowing there's a really intense sick feeling you get in your stomach and almost want to throw up. Not sure if its something in the formula that can be fixed but stopping me from wanting to take.
Good price & quality, but beware!
I saw another reviewer comment on this and as I thought I was the only one, I think it's important to leave my comments. When I take this pill, say 5min after swallowing I have a very intense feeling I'm going to throw up. It lasts for like 30 seconds but it's SO intense. Wonder if it's something in the coating as it happens so quickly?
Anemia
I suffer from severe anemia but cannot get iron infusions currently due to the coronavirus. After just a few days I can feel these tablets are working (less tired, nails and hair in a better condition, fewer heart palpitations) Only thing I would say is to make the tub shorter and there is an excessive amount of tub ratio to the tablets! Thank you
Does not taste nice in mouth
Good product just does not taste nice gives you a feeling like your going to be sick
