I’ve been using these for a while now and haven’t noticed any difference with how I feel, my acne, my body, they all look the same to me. But if you believe that it will work for you then go ahead and buy it but for me it’s not working out. I may go for another product instead so hopefully it works out.

I have been taking these since the beginning of May. I genuinely can’t see any improvement in my hormonal acne, if anything I feel like they have made the situation worse? My skin is extremely oily all of a sudden, lots of new spots every day. My periods are still irregular (cycle day 41 currently!) I will not be buying again.

I’ve been on accutane twice, but my back acne was very stubborn. I tried these and I can’t tell you the last time I got a new spot. Also the oily skin on my back has stopped. I have PCOS btw. Also, my hunger pangs have decreased which allows me to stick to my diet to lose weight, my PMS is way calmer and my period pain has significantly reduced. I will recommend these to anyone.
