It was an excellent product for my hair and nails. You can see the change just in 2 weeks, but please recharge it again. I need to order more.

Been using for over a month and have seen a great improvement in my nails and skin both look so healthy. My hair is very damaged and comes out easily but these tablets have made a difference,, it does not break as easily as it used to. Can’t wait to get these again.

I have been using these in combination with the collagen vitamins (the ones without coconut oil). I don't know if it's one or the other, or a combination of both together that is working but i am noticing a massive difference. I look much plumper and younger. I have had a few late nights due to uni work and i still looked refreshed. I would recommend both these products together x
