Really Good
5I suddenly started having breast pain, went to the doctors and they said that Evening Primrose Oil *MIGHT* help, but otherwise there is nothing else to stop the pain. Thankfully this has stopped the pain and I've not experienced it since. I also have noticed that my periods are shorter and I have hardly any cramps.

Seems it’s working
4I ve been taking it for a few weeks now. But surprisingly had not much usual symptoms of PMS. Very happy. Still testing and curious to see how it will go next month

5This supplement is a game-changer. You know how people talk about all the CRAZY benefits of a supplement and truth be told most of them are exaggerated. Primrose is actually amazing. I was struggling with horrible periods and terrible hormonal acne. I've been taking Primrose since about June 2020. My periods have decreased, from 8 to 3 days. My hormonal acne is not gone, but it is much better than it had been. My back cramps are also less intense.

Helps to manage period pain and improves skin
5Definitely noticed an improvement in my skin after taking these - really kicked in after I finished the first bottle. Skin is way softer and more subtle, hard lines appear smoothed out. Primrose oil supposedly helps with managing period pain, and after taking these I've definitely noticed lessening of, or on some days, complete lack of cramps and period related pain to an extent where if I forget to take the capsule, the cramps would come back.
