They do the job

These are coated in a subtle sweet flavour that makes swallowing them a lot easier. They are quite sturdy and resilient meaning that they will not burst easily. I've been taking one during three different times of the day and I have not had any upset stomach. I can take them with or without food. You may get a fish burp at some point but other than that, I have had no qualms.

The capsule you have to swollow is huge so if you struggle like me with tablets then don't buy however only managed to take one so cannot comment on their effects and how good they are only the size. But most Omega 3 is big capsules so it's unavoidable if you want to take them.
