5Started taking collagen with another brand for a month and didn’t notice anything, however after 8 days of using MyVitamins collagen powder I’ve notice a lovely improvement in my hair, skin & nails. The peach tea is also a nice flavour. I will stick with this brand from now on.

Physio recommended product
4Having had 4 months of sciatica and many physiotherapy sessions my physio recommended this product. It's been a long recovery process. It's always hard to know if a supplement is 'doing what it says on the tin' so to speak but for me it's a good source of protein. I do believe it helps my energy levels and my nails and hair have seen some improvement. I will continue to take the powder but always remember to order the fruit flavoured one as I find the unflavoured quite unpalatable!

Would recommend
5Dissolves so easily into hot or cold drinks. Sweet but not overpowering taste. Been taking for 2 months and I can tell the difference.

Definitely not ‘unflavoured’
3First time trying this collagen powder as rave reviews from influencers. The unflavoured, as other reviewers suggest, is not unflavoured. It has a strange metallic taste. Will ruin your cup of tea. Had to mix with strong squash to make it bearable. Not sure on health benefits as of yet as didn’t take religiously to begin with. Have ordered another in mandarin and will take regularly to see any benefit.

4I absolutely love this product, not only has it been an amazing addition health wise to my diet but the added bonus of 20g of protein per serving helps me towards my goals. Unlike most powders this blends in so well with any juices or drinks, I add it to my black coffee on a morning and wouldn’t know any difference, it adds a creamy texture to smoothies as well.

1I don’t know how anyone stomachs the unflavoured version of this! There’s NO way it could be easily swallowed with water and mixed with a variety of flavours if squash isn’t much more palatable! I don’t want to gag whilst swallowing it every day and then feel queasy for hours afterwards! Best avoided!

Unflavoured
3Have just started taking this so cannot comment on benefits yet. Unflavoured taste is not nice in water, it's not much better with squash and doesn't dissolve quickly. It tastes best mixed in a blended smoothie and makes them quite thick and frothy.
