Ineffective amount of collagen

I wish I had realised there was only 500mg of collagen in these and that they are filled with sugar. The Holland and Barrett ones are 3000mg each tablet and they recommend you take three a day, so effectively this gummy is 5% of the recommended amount.

You get what you pay for

Anyone that I know who has clear and shiny skin takes collagen in some form. Although these particular ones are not cheap, you definitely get quality. My skin has improved in the few weeks since taking these. The pomegranate flavour is a little bitter compared to their other gummies flavours but it is still much more preferable to capsules/powder.

Disappointing 500mg

These taste lovely and are easy to take but so disappointed with the level of collagen it contains, only 0.5g and you should really be taking 10g a day for it to make any difference. Wish I’d of looked at this before I’d purchased.
