Good supplements
4Good supplements to increase calcium intake. Magnesium is a bonus. Tablets are fairly large so may be a problem for some people.

Happy so far
5Although these tablets are rather big I take a lot of meds so I’m used to it, some might not like it though so it’s a prewarning for those that don’t like large tablets. I started taking these as I was deficient in both calcium and magnesium my levels seems to be improving so will continue to take them 🥰

5I feel like these are helping to lessen my pain ever since I started these a few weeks ago I’m just generally feeling a lot better I also take several other vitamins from here and the prices are really good compared to other places
