5It's been two weeks already since I started taking this vitamin. I have felt an immediate affect on myself since I started taking it, I am more calm, relaxed and I don't respond in an irritated way, very little. It's working amazingly. Thank you.

Really Good
5My daughter suffers bad anxiety and panic attacks. She has tried other off the shelf herbal supplements to help ease her anxiety and panic which haven't seemed to help. She has had a bad bout of anxiety so I read up on vitamins that could help and came across these. Thankfully they seem to be helping and easing some of her symptoms . So for now they do what they say.

my opinion
5in my opinion i feel like this product is amazing. it is very beneficial in many ways. e.g. helps a lot to reduce stress helps you focus more then usual and also helps with your memory, i would suggest ashwaganda ksm66 to those that need help with chilling out. 10/10
