I truly find taking one of these on a night has been helping me to sleep better and wake up a lot more vibrantly in the morning. As they are to be taken on an empty stomach it is also promoting me to avoid those terrible late night snacks, though I'm not sure how much this would impact it anyway. The tablets are easy to swallow and as far as I can tell odour free. I've only been using them for about a week but they do seem to be doing their job, and hopefully this continues.
