I have been taking these for over 9 months now & I really do find that I’ve slept better over that time. I do find that I have quite vivid dreams every night which has been more so since I’ve been taking these (I don’t mind this at all though!) I have also felt less anxious over this time but I can’t say whether it’s definitely down to these.

Honestly, I can’t say that I fall asleep any easier than I did before. I take these with ZMA as they were meant to help too but I haven’t noticed a difference

I suffer with ms and fibromyalgia which can keep me awake for lots of different reasons I thought I’d try the 5-HTP to see if it helped and I can safely say I have been getting the best nights sleep I’ve had in nearly a year and that’s with prescription meds too.
