Excellent product.
5I always had trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep for more than 2hours at a time. Taking 5-HTP capsules just before bed I go off to sleep quickly and I am sleeping longer and the quality of my sleep seems more restful.I am very pleased with this product.

These really do work!
5I've struggled with my sleep for some time now. Waking regularly throughout the night. However since taking these, my sleep pattern has improved considerably. They do also give me some trippy dreams at times! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their sleep.

Happy so far
5Ordered a number of products from these and the delivery was quick and efficient 🙂 Only been taking the vitamins for a few days but so far so good. Hoping that I will see the benefits soon

Works for me
5I use these 5 out of 7 days a week as my night time schedule. I have 1 at night with 1 lavender oil capsule an hour before bed. Im in a regular routine now my body knows when to downtime and i wake up usually in a positive attitude.

Fab!
5Been taking these for a couple of months to help me sleep. I can honestly say, these have helped me greatly.. one tablet an hour before bed and I sleep for hours at a time where I was waking every couple of hours. It has also increased my mood and decreased anxiety. Recommended to a friend who is benefitting too! Would recommend for sleep/mood issues

5People don't know much about 5htp (so if you're reading this, research about it) but it's actually a brilliant product. This helps your mood and mind and is a great product to take daily to improve lifestyle and well-being!

4I take this tablet when I struggle to sleep. Perhaps there may be an element of placebo effect but it seems to help me.
