Flaxseed Oil is a vegetarian form of the essential fatty acid Omega 3 and is a rich source of Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA).

Total Flaxseed Oil contains 1000mg of this fatty acid which has been standardised to provide 500mg of Alpha Linolenic Acid. ALA is a form of the revered Omega 3 family and is converted by the body in to the essential fatty acid EHA (eicosapentaenoic acid) which has been shown to support cardiovascular and circulatory health.
