What is Organic Chlorella Powder?

A single-celled, blue-green algae, Chlorella vulgaris is sourced from an island in the South China Sea. Chlorella is cultivated in filtered natural water under strict controls. Chlorella embodies a plethora of key vitamins and minerals including calcium, iron, phosphorous and potassium. The Chlorella cell is protected by a tough wall. This cell wall is broken using high impact jet spraying which preserves the nutritional integrity of the cell contents so that these are accessible and undamaged when consumed. The algae is then dried and ground into powder form. Organic Chlorella Vulgaris Powder is certified 100% organic by the Soil Association under the code GB-ORG-05.

What are the benefits?
