I've been using these gummies now for just over 2 weeks and I'm definitely seeing a difference in the strength of my nails and hair, I can't speak for my skin yet as I suffer with acne prone skin but other than that I am really happy with the results so far. Both the multivitamin and skin/hair/nails gummies taste really nice and I don't see it as a chore taking my vitamins now
