Taste lovely, but not for me
2I brought the vitamin D gummies and the hair skin and nails gummies, I started the Vitamin D ones straight away but as soon as I opened the blueberry ones the smell put me off, so put them in the cupboard for a few days thinking I wasn't going to have them.. having read most positive reviews I thought 'ok tomorrow i will try them' mainly for hair growth...so i did. Unfortunately by evening I felt sick and really 'off' and had an awful after taste in my mouth and awful stomach cramps. So I thought ill just stick to the vit D's. Obviously everyone is different but these were just not for me. Great vitamin D gummies though and lovely orange flavour.

5I’ve used these before I lose a lot less hair. My hair also grows a lot quicker when I take these vitamins. I can say they do work!

These work
5I have been taking these for about 6 weeks and I can see them working already. I have new hair growth and my nails are stronger and growing longer. I am having far less break outs on my face and those I do get are smaller and clear up far quicker. Wish I started taking these sooner.

5I have been taking the hair, skin and nails gummies for about a year and a half and my nails have never been so strong, my hair that I had been losing in handful’s since menopause is not coming out hardly at all now and my skin is blooming and I put it all down to these gummies. I cannot recommend them enough

4I have only been taking these gummies for about 2 weeks so it is a bit early to say, however I did try other gummies a year ago from this company and they did improve my nail quality and these ones taste yummy.
