Ive just turned 30 and I first learnt about collagen supplements at a wedding fayre in my 1year+ beauty preparation! The ones I saw were super expensive so I thought I'd trial a more budget friendly option first so made my first purchase from MyVitamins. My nails were the first noticeable difference, much longer and stronger. Now a year later my hair is longer and stronger. I'm doing lots of skin prep but the wrinkles are currently staying away too! The capsules are easy to add into my daily routine too instead of some loose powder drinks that are also on the market. Have recommended to all the girls in the office!

I have been taking this for a month and can see a massive difference in my skin and hair.
