Product is good but
4So I've been using this just over a week andi have definitely felt more energised and more full. However, the quantity inside is uneven. There is not enough number 1 sachets for 14 days and there is enough number 3 sachets for 21 days. There was 15 number 2 sachets. I am unable to do the full 14 days properly. Going forward I don't know whether it is going to work well enough by just taking 2s and 3s but will have to give it a go considering.

5I've been using Shapeshot (grape and strawberry & kiwi,) for a little while now and I'm really impressed. Definitely leaves me feeling more full, so I'm eating smaller portions and snacking less frequently. The flavours are yum too, grape kind of tastes like the American sour grape flavour, whereas strawberry & kiwi is less sour, and more like a fruit squash. You do have to mix them quite quick and they leave a bit of residue, but if you clean your glass right away (instead of leaving it for later like me,) you'll be just fine! Plus there's always some offer on so the prices are really reasonable, and it's a tastier and better value for money than boombod, with two weeks worth of sachets per box.

Good stuff
4I brought these as they were on a fab deal, I have nearly used them all up and I have had the Grape flavour and they are lovely. However they do no mix very well however hard you try, buts float on the top and sugar like bits in the bottom of the drink that don't like to dissolve, you must drink them straight away other wise the glass turns to jelly. I would buy again.
